YogaBasics
Beginners start here. Learn the correct alignments of basic postures & movements, & breath techniques. You will build a solid foundation that will keep your body safe and your practice enjoyable. 8 classes recommended before moving into YogaRoots.
YogaRoots
Flow at a moderate pace while building strength and flexibility in "root" postures and movements. Modifications of postures are made to accommodate everyone, offering both beginning and continuing students a satisfying, accessible experience. All levels welcome.
YogaFlow
All levels welcome. Expect a creative, energetic class that explores a variety of poses and themes. Focus is on developing stamina and flexibility while tending to inner and outer alignment. This class builds on the foundations of YogaRoots while encouraging students to move freely and intuitively -- guaranteeing a fun & accessible practice.
Yoga R&R
Slow down, restore your energy, relax your mind in a soft (yin-inspired) practice. Longer holds and use of props allow the body to surrender, muscles to release, and the mind to quiet. Great for all ages, first time students, students recovering from injury, or to complement a vigorous practice or lifestyle.
PreNatal Yoga
Experience your pregnancy fully . . . learn to breathe, move with the deep rhythm of your body, and still the mind. Pre-Natal Yoga course instructor Claire Allen, former OB-Gyn nurse and yoga teacher, will expertly guide you through safe and practical yoga techniques that will enhance your pre-natal experience. On-going classes, new students welcome to join in at anytime. Sundays 12:00-1:15
PostNatal
If you've been taking PreNatal Yoga, the flexibility you've developed is still with you making this transition period a wonderful way to continue your practice. If you are new to yoga, the post natal sequence is ideal during this healing time. Enjoy safe stretches & breath awareness while taking time to care for yourself. Six to eight postnatal classes are recommended before transitioning into a YogaBasics or YogaRoots class. Sundays 12:00-1:15
Private Classes
Great one-on-one opportunity to address your specific needs & interests. Golfers, runners, frequent travelers, & students with chronic health issues often seek this focused yoga training. By appointment only.

DanceParty!
Get your groove on, move, shake, shimmy. Experience the fun and pleasures of moving freely to global music. Led by movement teachers who set the tone for a great, fun-filled event. In the first 30 minutes you will be led in simple, easy to follow movements. This sets the tone for a freestyle DanceParty! where participants are encouraged to find their own dance. Everyone welcome! Meets third Friday /month.
